How many guests can stay?
Canal Haven welcomes up to six guests in three bedrooms. The charcoal room has a queen-size bed, while the sage and coastal rooms each have a double bed. The entire apartment is yours for the stay. Two bathrooms give your group space to get ready. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and two patios offer room to spend time together or enjoy a quiet moment. Please discuss any specific sleeping or accessibility needs with your hostess, Natashia Weideman, before booking.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is after 15:00, and check-out is before 10:00. Please share your expected arrival time with your hostess, Natashia Weideman, on WhatsApp before travelling. For a late arrival, contact Natashia directly to arrange your check-in. She will confirm the arrival details you need for your stay. Let her know if your travel plans change or you are running late. Requests for an early check-in or later check-out must be discussed and confirmed with her in advance.
Is there parking and Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi and two free parking spaces on the premises are available during your stay. Canal Haven is in a gated community in Marina Martinique. The sage and coastal bedrooms have smart TVs, as do the other shared-area TVs. You can enjoy time indoors as well as on the two patios. If you need a particular streaming service or have questions about connectivity, ask Natashia before booking. Please also discuss any additional vehicle or access requirements with her in advance.
What is available in the kitchen?
The kitchen includes a fridge and freezer, electric stove, oven and microwave. A dishwasher is available in the kitchen to help with clearing up after shared meals. You will also find a kettle, toaster, cooking basics, crockery and cutlery. The open-plan layout lets you prepare food while spending time with your group. A dining table and breakfast counter offer places to enjoy meals and coffee together. If you need a particular appliance or kitchen item, check with Natashia beforehand so you can plan what to bring.
Is there a washing machine?
Yes, a washing machine is available in bathroom 2. It is separate from the dishwasher, which is in the kitchen. You can use the washing machine for laundry during your stay. If you need help finding it or using the controls, contact your hostess, Natashia Weideman. Ask her in advance about any specific laundry requirements or items you should bring. Please confirm what is available before relying on a particular laundry accessory or facility.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. This includes the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and living areas. If you wish to smoke, please use only the open patio. Keep indoor spaces smoke-free throughout your stay for the comfort of everyone in your group. If you are unsure which patio to use, ask your hostess, Natashia Weideman. Please discuss any questions about this rule with her before confirming your booking.
How do I book and see the price?
Choose your preferred check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests in the form above. Select “Ask on WhatsApp” to open a message to your hostess, Natashia Weideman, with those details filled in. Review the message and send it when you are ready. You can also use any WhatsApp button if your dates are still flexible. Natashia will confirm availability, the total price and booking arrangements directly with you. Your inquiry becomes a reservation only once the booking has been confirmed with her.
Where can I check house rules and property details?
Contact your hostess, Natashia Weideman, on WhatsApp before confirming your stay for current house rules and property details. Smoking is not allowed indoors and is permitted only on the open patio. Ask her about cancellation terms and any booking conditions you would like explained. She can also help with questions about amenities and arrival arrangements. How far is the beach?
The beach is 400 m from Canal Haven. Spend part of your day by the sea, then return to the apartment for a relaxed evening. The property is in Marina Martinique, Jeffreys Bay.
